Updated event info -- REGISTER NOW!

The 2nd annual Redfish Run starts and finishes at the corner of Cornwall and Austin Streets overlooking beautiful Rockport Harbor.  The race course travels through Rockport's quaint downtown Heritage District and winds onto Water Street with unobstructed views of Aransas Bay.  Participants will enjoy spectacular bay views with the possibility of bird and dolphin sighting. Make plans to come join us for a day of fun celebrating Earth Day the Rockport Way!  Here's the map: http://bit.ly/1otIe76.  You may register online by clicking the blue button on the right side of this page, or in person at Coastal Bend Health Foods, located at 111 N. Austin Street in Rockport.

Participants in the 5K run/walk and 2mi "walk only" will receive a logo cap, collapsible/reusable water pouch, and other surprise goodies.  Kids participating in the 1K event will receive a t-shirt and other surprise goodies.  Door prizes, too!  Proceeds from all Redfish Run events will be donated to Rockport Heritage District Association for ongoing beautification projects.

Remember to join us immediately following the running and walking events for the healthy breakfast benefiting Coastal Bend Troop Support and their efforts to send care packages to deployed troops. Cost for breakfast is $8 per person and may be pre-purchased online by clicking the registration button on the right side of this page, or in person at Coastal Bend Health Foods. The Earth Day Festival, which kicks off after breakfast at 10a until 2p, is FREE and open to everyone.  There will be musical entertainment by Mick Tinsley and vendors showcasing earth-focused products and activities that are fun for the entire family.  Both breakfast and festival will be held in the parking lot adjacent to Coastal Bend Health Foods.
